On this day in 1776, our forefathers saw fit to declare independence from Great Britain. It is in these words that we have since lived our lives."We hold these truths to be self-evident, tha all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness."
To those of you who have valiantly fought to preserve these freedoms, and to the families of these brave men and women, we can never thank you enough.
